The design of the family house, which is located near the ruins of the medieval castle Pajštún, was based on clients' requirements for a two-storey family house with a 2 car garage. The lucrative plot has a rectangular shape and it rises dramatically from the northwestern newly constructed road  to the forest in the southeast.

The floor plan of the house is designed to L-shape. From the road level, after crossing a gentle slope, we can get to the garage. There is also a technical room and main staircase. The main entrance is oriented from the northwestern side of the house. In the vestibule there is a large built-in wardrobe. The day and night zone are separated by a main staircase connecting the first floor with the rest of the house. It is illuminated by a skylight, which also directly contributes to solving problem with underpass height on the staircase.

After passing through the short corridor we get to the airy day part of the building. There we can find kitchen, dining room and living room. In the middle part between day and night zone there is a laundry room with separate toilet and food pantry.

A night zone is located on the top of the slope. Three rooms are accessible from the shared hallway. Two fully equipped bedrooms with wardrobe, one of which also has its own bathroom. Separate toilet and shared bathroom are also accessible from the hallway. From the night zone there is a covered terrace facing the quiet forest, calmly catching last daylight beams.
